ERNEST O. HEBERLE

LAVALE � Ernest Otto Heberle, 81, formerly of 1055 National Highway, LaVale, passed away Thursday, June 24, 1999, at Lions Manor Nursing Home where he had been a resident.

Born in Cumberland on Oct. 14, 1917, he was the son of the late Herman and Amanda (Shultz) Heberle. His wife, Janice C. (Bittner) Heberle, also preceded him in death in 1997.

He was a retired Brakeman on the B&O Railroad and was a veteran of World War II in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He was Lutheran by faith.

As of this time, no services of visitation is scheduled.

Merritt-Adams Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, is in charge of arrangements.
