held for Edwin Heberle, 75, of Vacaville, at his request.
Mr. Heberle died July 12, 2003, in VacaValley Hospital following a long
illness.
Born Jan. 15, 1928, in Linton, N.D., he lived in Vacaville for seven years
prior to living in the Bay Area and Lodi for many years. He was a veteran of
the Korean War. He was retired from the city of San Francisco Port Authority.
Mr. Heberle is survived by his wife, Barbara; stepdaughters, Michele and her
husband, Greg Joseph of Aptos, Nancy Reyes of Richmond; grandchildren,
Kristofer of San Francisco, Spencer of Aptos, Jennifer and Michael of Richmond,
and Jeff and Nathan of Pinole; great-granddaughter, Aleena of Richmond; sister,
Irene Will of Linton; sister and brother-in-law, Emma and Dale Streyle of
Leeds, N.D.; sister-in-law, Sarah of Lodi; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Rosina of North Dakota;
brother, Edward of Lodi; sister, Freida Pagle of Stockton; and brother-in-law
Oscar Will of Linton.
