Herman Heberle�of NSW.� Worked in or managed mines in Coolgardie
and Bardoc WA from about 1894-99. Presumably his wife and some or all of his
children accompanied him for all or part of this period. The WA goldrush
commenced in late 1892 with the discovery of gold at Coolgardie.
Frederick Heberle�of Victoria.� In 1897 a Frederick Heberle was a
Director at Broad Arrow Lease 963W, c37km N of Kalgoorlie WA. Possibly he was
in the WA goldfields for some or all of the period 1894-99. Presumably his wife
and some or all of his children accompanied him for all or part of this period.

at 1 & 28 Salvado Row, Wembley 1906-09. Farmed at Cuballing c1910-15. Had
Hostel/cafe and lived at 495 Hay St on Irwin St corner, Perth c 1922-25. Had
poultry farm just north of Benara Rd, Beechboro on east side of Bennett Brook,

goldfields. Also fished between Esperance and Hopetoun. By 1937 fished in
Pallinup and Bremer Bay area and by 1938, when most of family shifted to
Katanning, fished at Cape Riche and Doubtful Island area also. In 1941-45 lived
in Piesse St, Katanning. Lived at 99 Beaufort St, Katanning between c1947 and
c1964, supplied fish to towns around Katanning as Country Fish Supply. In 1965
at Broomehill Rd Katanning, shifted to Perth c1965 lived at 252 Hector St,
Tuart Hill. Retired from active fishing in c1960, but Country Fish Supply
partnership not dissolved until 24.1.1968.

4.3.1946. After war resumed fishing. Married 1946, lived Carew St Katanning
1946/47, 19 Cove St 1947/48 then 1 Bond St 1949 to 1958.� Lived at 31 Admiral St Lockyer (Albany) Jan
1958- June? 1959. Lived at 62 (renumbered 78) Campbell Rd, Spencer Park
(Albany) 1959-2001. Lived at unit 25, Craigville, 4 Kitchener Street, Melville
6156 since June 2001. Full time fisherman until 1968, then fished salmon
seasons at Doubtful Island Bay and had other jobs in off season. Worked for
Hunts Cannery field harvesting operations 1968-1973, Mayne Nickless carriers,
also drove tip truck. Retired from fishing 1992. Interested in native orchids.
Has written papers on and attended conferences on orchids. Two orchids named
after him, Caladenia heberleana "Heberles spider orchid" and Diuris
heberlei "Heberles donkey orchid". Both grow near Albany.
